Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
