Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. As a valuable part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining a neat and organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Assist customers with shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Operate cash register and equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
