Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and customers receive exceptional service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and monitor inventory.
• Follow cash policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
