Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves neatly and maintain product displays.

• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
