Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, demonstrating our core competencies and professionalism.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory levels and following cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
