Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the Aldi family. In this role, you will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaboration and exceptional customer service are key aspects of this position.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory procedures and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation skills.
• Ability to use store equipment safely.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
