As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring cleanliness to create a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding store security and confidentiality.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory counts and adhering to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
