Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, a leader in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining merchandise, assisting customers, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
