Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality of data.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to operate store equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
