Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking processes. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize shelves.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in store inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Capable of accurately operating a cash register and various equipment.
• Able to interpret and apply company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Meet all requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and local laws.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
