Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will handle various responsibilities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
