Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for our customers. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for all.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves with precision and present merchandise attractively.
• Assist customers in finding products and enhancing their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer courteous and efficient customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment accurately.
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work well independently and in a team setting.
