Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will uphold our exceptional customer service standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register
• Proficient in using store equipment
• Follow company policies and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail, organized, and ability to multi-task
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
