Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for Store Team Members to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate with the team and management, and provide feedback on products.
• Conduct inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
