Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a member of the store team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and communicate clearly with store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
