Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the store tidy
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
