Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 18 years old or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
