Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
