Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the store's appearance. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning, and stock shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and uphold document confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus
