Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist in inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling and company policies/procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, bending, lifting, and standing.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
