Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily resort operations to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals, increase occupancy rates, and enhance profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff, ensuring exceptional service to guests.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
  • Enforce resort policies, resolve guest issues promptly, and analyze feedback for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of resort/retail management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in team management and financial accountability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry software, reservation systems, health, and safety regulations.
