Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals, increase occupancy rates, and enhance profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff, ensuring exceptional service to guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
- Enforce resort policies, resolve guest issues promptly, and analyze feedback for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of resort/retail management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in team management and financial accountability.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry software, reservation systems, health, and safety regulations.
