Responsibilities

  • Develop phasing and logistics plans and obtain approval from the Project Lead.
  • Understand and review subcontractor and Owner contracts.
  • Attend and actively participate in project kickoff meetings.
  • Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Lead and participate in company meetings, subcontractor meetings, and OAC meetings.
  • Conduct pre-installation meetings with subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Direct daily construction activities, resolve subcontractor conflicts, and address questions.
  • Implement Lean processes with comprehensive documentation, including daily huddles and weekly work plans.
  • Prepare and maintain punch lists and redline drawings for field changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred or 10 years of experience in construction management.
  • Fit to Work/OSHA 30 certification.
  • 8 hours of continuing education.
