Responsibilities
- Develop phasing and logistics plans and obtain approval from the Project Lead.
- Understand and review subcontractor and Owner contracts.
- Attend and actively participate in project kickoff meetings.
- Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Lead and participate in company meetings, subcontractor meetings, and OAC meetings.
- Conduct pre-installation meetings with subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Direct daily construction activities, resolve subcontractor conflicts, and address questions.
- Implement Lean processes with comprehensive documentation, including daily huddles and weekly work plans.
- Prepare and maintain punch lists and redline drawings for field changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred or 10 years of experience in construction management.
- Fit to Work/OSHA 30 certification.
- 8 hours of continuing education.
