Job Description
We are hiring a Program Supervisor for our Autism Day Treatment program at St. David's Center. This position offers a competitive salary starting at $73,999 - $89,418 per year, with benefits including health and dental insurance, retirement account, PTO, and more. As a Program Supervisor, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision to our interdisciplinary team, ensuring excellent services and client outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical & administrative supervision to mental health professionals and paraprofessionals.
- Ensure compliance with governing statutes and contract requirements.
- Lead and develop the Autism Day Treatment Program to meet client and family needs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family, or social work.
- LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota.
- 2 years post-master's experience in mental health services for children with autism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Board approved supervisor status.
