Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee operations at Store 7102 of Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience by upholding quality food standards, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
- Completion of Team Leader training classes and ServSafe certification (where required).
- Excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, operate cash registers, and engage with guests.
