Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader to join Store 7139 at Jack in the Box. As a first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have 6 months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotion, or have 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and in some states, be ServSafe certified. Effective communication skills in English are required, with additional language skills preferred. Strong interpersonal, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and PC skills are essential. Being proactive, ethical, and having a basic understanding of computer applications are necessary.
Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for the majority of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, taking orders, using a cash register, and monitoring screens.
