Team Leader: Store 7171

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your key duties include ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
• Completion of Team Leader training classes required.
• Effective communication skills in English, potentially in another language based on location.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using personal computers.
• Physically able to stand and walk for majority of the shift, lift moderate weights, and operate equipment.
