Job Description

We are excited to announce the opening of a new Qdoba Mexican Grill in Rockwall and are looking to hire enthusiastic team members and team leaders. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to cook, work on the line, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all orders, whether in person or at the drive-thru.
• Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently to process orders.
• Deliver food to customers with care and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness both inside the restaurant and in surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights.
• Proficiency in taking orders, using a cash register, and monitoring video screens.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
