Whether you are passionate about Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, Whole Body, or other areas, we have Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties following department procedures.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of cases and shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales potential.
• Follow established procedures for safety, sanitation, and work practices.
• Support store programs, adhere to health and safety regulations, and promote company values.

Desired Work Experience

• No prior retail experience required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, time management, and organization skills.
• Passion for natural foods and commitment to Whole Foods Market quality goals.
