Responsibilities

  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Opening, mid, and closing duties
  • Preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking products
  • Ensuring product quality, freshness, and proper rotations
  • Maintaining clean and well-stocked shelves and cases
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with inventory checks
  • Reporting safety hazards and violations
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Work Experience: No prior retail experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Basic product knowledge, quality and freshness assessment, communication skills, teamwork, time management, passion for natural foods, and adherence to quality goals.

Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for 6-8 hours, various motions, exposure to cleaning chemicals, different temperatures, wet and/or cold environments, and the use of tools and equipment.
