As a Shop Foreman at First Student, you will be responsible for supervising technicians, scheduling maintenance, diagnosing complex problems, and ensuring efficient fleet operations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians and manage maintenance operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
- Generate and oversee work orders
- Maintain accurate service records
- Ensure shop efficiency and performance
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license; Willingness to obtain CDL
- 5+ years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience
- Previous lead technician or managerial experience preferred
- Mechanic’s tool set required
- ASE certification program participation
