Job Description
The Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting daily inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining boiler, HVAC, electrical systems, and performing general facilities and grounds maintenance. Ideal candidates will have experience with IWMS, BMS, and a background in building operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Maintain boiler, HVAC, electrical systems, and other equipment.
- Perform general facilities and grounds maintenance.
- Assist with other duties essential for safe facility operation.
Requirements
- Certification from a vo-tech or trade school preferred.
- 1 year of building operations experience required.
- Experience in a medical setting or with medical equipment preferred.
- Valid Montana driver's license and Low Pressure Boiler Operators License required.
- Working knowledge of boilers and building operations.
- Skills in welding, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and grounds care.
