Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team at EMPLOYERS. The Territory Manager will play a crucial role in providing sales leadership and guiding producer management processes in alignment with our sales and underwriting plans. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving premium goals efficiently and profitably.
• Develop and maintain a producer management process focusing on customer needs.
• Monitor market trends for new opportunities.
• Create and coordinate education and training programs.
• Regularly visit agencies to maximize production efforts and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Identify key trends in competition and producer information for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct agency audits and recommend improvements.
• Travel nationally as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Five years of insurance and/or sales experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range

$71,000 - $106,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Conditions

• Normal office environment with occasional travel.
• Requires sitting for extended periods and frequent computer and phone use.
