Responsibilities

- Manage Back of House employee performance, conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor staff.
- Promote a safe and clean work environment, oversee equipment maintenance, and uphold food safety standards.
- Control food and labor costs, handle inventory, and schedule kitchen staff efficiently.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train Back of House employees.
