Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with all employment policies with the management team.
• Direct the work of the management team, assign responsibilities, and set schedules.
• Manage performance evaluations, coaching, and hiring of employees.
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs as well as compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Review applications, conduct weekly/monthly inventories, and manage budgets and profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and training standards.
• Support employee development, safety practices, and vendor relationships.
