Job Description

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our legendary team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front and back of house operations, ensuring our commitment to Legendary Food and Legendary Service is upheld at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
• Direct work for employees, set schedules, and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation.
• Drive sales, maintain steps of service, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Enforce security measures to maintain employee and guest safety.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
• Practice safe food handling procedures in compliance with regulations.
