Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, hire or recommend hiring hourly employees.
• Direct work for employees, set schedules, assign tasks, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training for Front and Back of House, supervise food production, and maintain safety and security measures.
• Manage food, supplies, and costs through inventory control and ensure safe food handling procedures.
