Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Manage liquor orders, control costs, and enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees by providing feedback and guidance.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and participate in the hiring process.
  • Set schedules, assign tasks, and create a positive work environment by adhering to core values and operational goals.
  • Practice and enforce safe food handling procedures.
