Job Description

We are hiring for the position of To-Go at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a To-Go team member, you will provide outstanding hospitality to our guests, take care of carry-out orders, handle online orders and delivery services, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, fulfilling orders, and suggesting sales.
• Maintain awareness of the menu items and merchandise display cases.
• Keep work area clean, complete sales transactions efficiently, and communicate guest requests.
• Work collaboratively within a team and adhere to brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• High sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and meet schedule requirements.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
