Job Description

CRSI is looking for a dedicated Training and Compliance Administrator to oversee all training programs and ensure regulatory compliance for employees. This role involves conducting training, analyzing available opportunities, and maintaining compliance standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating inclusive communities for individuals with disabilities and empower them to lead fulfilling lives.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is valuable for understanding training requirements and compliance regulations. Familiarity with OSHA regulations, Microsoft Office products, and managing Learning Management Systems is essential. CPR/FA certification and experience with the American Red Cross are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in training development and conducting presentations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel within the state for training and audits.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and update training curriculum in line with regulations and CRSI policies.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and required trainings.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance.
  • Manage the Learning Management System and coordinate professional development sessions.
  • Ensure trainers are certified and up-to-date.
  • Establish compliance procedures and strategies for regulatory adherence.
  • Travel to various sites for training, meetings, and audits.
