We are looking for a dedicated Transplant RN Coordinator specializing in adult heart and lung transplants to join our team at the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). As the Transplant RN Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care for our transplant patient populations, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes, and coordinating care for inpatient organ transplant recipients. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced clinical management for transplant patients.
• Coordinate care for solid organ transplant adult heart and lung inpatients.
• Provide training for new staff and keep abreast of UNOS and CMS regulatory updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Three years' experience as a registered nurse.
• Current South Carolina licensure or compact state required.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
