Trauma PI Coordinator (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator (RN) to join our team at the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). Reporting to the Trauma Program Manager, the coordinator will oversee the process improvement program to ensure compliance with trauma care standards. This role involves identifying and resolving variances in patient care and system processes in alignment with trauma protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process improvement program for trauma patient care.
• Ensure adherence to the American College of Surgeons and SC DHEC trauma center requirements.
• Investigate and address variances in patient clinical care and system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in trauma care protocols, guidelines, and algorithms.
