Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Treasury Relationship Manager to join Fresno First Bank. As a Treasury Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing deposit relationships with small to medium-sized businesses and professionals in Southern California. Your role will involve driving growth in Treasury Management products, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage deposit relationships in the Southern California market.
• Drive growth in Treasury Management products through a consultative sales approach.
• Maintain knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in business development activities, community networking events, and sales management programs.
• Cross-sell Bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Ensure departmental profitability through cost controls and income generation.
• Provide supervision, support, and training to department staff.

Requirements

• Residence in Southern California with established market presence.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 7 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• Knowledge of financial statements, tax return analysis, and banking compliance regulations.
• Strong skills in marketing, business development, and cross-selling bank products.
• Advanced organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations and mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Southern California.

Compensation

Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 per year
