Ultrasonographer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Ultrasonographer to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis. As an Ultrasonographer, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as directed by physicians, assist with invasive procedures, and provide exceptional patient care. If you are detail-oriented and have relevant experience in ultrasound imaging, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed patient history and perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
• Document findings accurately, including any abnormalities observed during scans.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
• Collaborate with the imaging team and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or relevant experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Certification in Sonography and Basic Life Support.
• Excellent auditory and visual capabilities for accurate assessments.

Location

Primary Location: Watervliet Hospital, 400 Medical Park Dr, Watervliet

Employment Details

Full-time position with variable shifts, Monday to Friday, on-call weekends.
