Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Ultrasonographer to join Corewell Health's team on a full-time basis. As an Ultrasonographer, you will be responsible for performing accurate and efficient Ultrasound exams, working under the guidance of the site leader to provide the best possible images for interpretation. This position requires a strong commitment to Patient and Family Centered Care and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrasound exams using appropriate imaging equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify patient identification and physician orders, providing necessary information to patients.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensure quality control, and assist in procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical staff and support teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Ultrasound Program or equivalent.
• Registered by American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registry eligible.
• Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
