General Summary:
Corewell Health is seeking a dedicated Ultrasonographer to join our team. Under the site designate leader, you will perform accurate and efficient Ultrasound exams using appropriate imaging equipment and demonstrating good clinical skills. Join us in providing exceptional care centered on patients and their families.
Essential Duties:
- Verify patient identification and physician order.
- Acquire patient history and perform Ultrasound procedures.
- Operate ultrasound imaging equipment and monitor patient safety.
- Ensure cleanliness, quality control, and timely relay of STAT requests.
Standard Qualifications:
- Graduate of Diagnostic Ultrasound Program or equivalent.
- Registered by American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registry eligible.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
