We are looking for a passionate and skilled Unit Manager - LPN to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and employee development on your assigned unit.

Position Highlights

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe nursing care.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs of the staff and develop training programs.
• Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Deliver direct patient care alongside other unit nurses.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
• Minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
