UT-Based, Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join American Land & Leisure. This position is based in Pleasant Grove, UT, with in-office work in Utah and field work in California. The role involves overseeing California locations, managing a team, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with US Forest Service or utility company Permit Administrator.
• Manage construction and renovation projects.
• Operate within established budgets and complete reporting requirements.
• Build effective field management teams and ensure staff training.
• Research and write bids for new business permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations or project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
