Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Vault Teller/Customer Service (Spanish Bilingual) to join Moneytree, a well-established family-run business dedicated to providing financial services to communities since 1983. As a Vault Teller, you will be responsible for safeguarding vault assets, assisting customers with financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard vault assets and maintain accuracy in cash handling.
- Assist customers with check cashing, loan processing, wire transfers, and more.
- Ensure the Branch operates efficiently and provides personalized service.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a requirement.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Keyboarding experience and cash handling proficiency.
