Job Description
We are offering a Warehouse Operations Internship at Aldi for current college students seeking real-world experience in the fast-growing grocery retail industry. This internship provides a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and the opportunity to collaborate with warehouse staff. The successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time position upon graduation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge from training leaders and understand the importance of building a culture of excellence.
- Assist with training, administrative tasks, and creating a positive working environment.
- Participate in interview events, inventory control tasks, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Prepare presentations on warehouse operations for ALDI executives.
Job Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong initiative.
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and adhere to company policies.
- Physical ability to work in varying temperatures, stand, lift weight, and engage in warehouse activities.
