Welding – Production Welder

Legend Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring a Production Welder to join our dynamic team. As a Production Welder, you will work collaboratively to weld aluminum and steel enclosed and aluminum open trailer frames, ensuring the highest standards of quality and durability.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Wear personal protective equipment.
• Read and interpret work orders accurately.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, torches, and other tools effectively.
• Read and execute BOM's and blueprints.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various types of welds and joints.
• MIG and TIG Weld aluminum and steel.
• Properly use framing jigs for accurate frame assembly.
• Inspect work for quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience with power and hand tools preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and using a tape measure.
• Willingness to cross-train between departments.
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately.
• Physically capable of standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
